Training for
Food Display Cabinets
FPG offers technical training to the customer’s technical service partner.
We also provide resources to support customer training in how to use the cabinet and maintenance.
Training is supported by an extensive range of How To videos.
TECHNICAL TRAINING
FPG supports customer service partners with technical training.
The training FPG provides is specific to the models that the customer has invested in. Our focus is on the unique engineering design of FPG cabinets.
FPG recommends a “Train the Trainer” approach where technical team leaders are trained by FPG. The technical team leaders then take responsibility for training their teams. The training of technical team leaders is conducted in English language either in New Zealand or remotely via web platforms.
We expect technicians and engineers on our training sessions to read the cabinet manual prior to attending the session.

CUSTOMER TRAINING
Customer training is provided by the customer’s service partner.
The content focuses on maintenance undertaken by the customer.
FPG will publish training aids such as maintenance schedules and visual guides to help the customer’s operations team. These can be provided to meet the customer’s format.
Customer training is supplemented with online How To videos for actions that the customer can perform.
Training for
Custom Fitouts
We’ll set you up, so you are fully informed on how to get the most from your investment in a Custom Fitout.
During the handover, training on maintenance and equipment is provided. This is supported with documentation to cover the project components including equipment manuals and maintenance guidelines.
