FPG Indonesia has been busy executing store fitouts as part of the Alfamart strategy in Indonesia. It can take time for the results of a strategy to flow through, particularly during pandemic times. In the case of the Alfamart flagship store at Alfa Tower in Jakarta which was re-launched in September 2020, the wait has been worth it - today they are achieving a 57% increase on pre-covid sales!
