FPG has introduced a new addition to its Barista Milk Storage range – a 30‑Litre, compact, underbench cabinet, designed to streamline milk handling in busy café environments.
The 30‑Litre cabinet has been designed as a direct replacement for traditional underbench milk fridges. It features unidirectional rollers for easy positioning, and an adjustable anti‑tilt bolt that stabilises the cabinet when the drawer is open. Condensate is fully evaporated within the system, eliminating the need for plumbing to waste.
Together with the larger 50‑Litre, these cabinets bring a new level of innovation to café operations — combining speed, ergonomics, compliance and sustainability in one purpose‑built solution.
Faster Service, Better Workflow
Designed specifically for barista‑made coffee environments, the cabinet provides instant, thigh‑height access via a quick‑open flap, allowing baristas to work faster without crouching or kneeling. Milk remains consistently chilled at +2°C to +4°C, even with the flap open for two and a half hours, ensuring dairy safety during peak periods.
Restocking is equally efficient — slide out the drawer and the angled base with gravity‑feed rollers automatically positions bottles at the front. Stock rotation becomes intuitive, and baristas no longer need to dig through cluttered underbench fridges.
Sustainability Built-In
The Barista Milk Storage range runs on eco‑friendly R290 refrigerant and consumes just 0.03–0.04 kWh per hour (Climate Class 4). Energy-efficient EC fans, the automated on/off refrigeration cycle and superior insulation all contribute to the cabinets’ energy efficiency.
